Company Overview

ShopHouse is an on-trend boutique located on Collins Street offering a range of stylish kids clothing and maternity wear for mums-to-be both online and e-store.Their vast range includes hand picked clothing, toys, gifts and accessories that are both luxurious and affordable.

The Brief

ShopHouse sought out Arrow Internet to create an effective social media campaign, with increased brand awareness and social media engagement at the core of their objectives.

The Approach

Arrow Internet developed a comprehensive Facebook content calendar, featuring rich imagery and regular competitions. Running Facebook competitions enabled the brand to increase engagement and build rapport amongst its followers.

The Solution

A competition platform was implemented and generated an immediate increase in engagement, as well as Facebook page likes. Followers were encouraged to enter a photo into the contest, share it via their own networks and collect votes from their friends for a chance to win.

The Results

• 80+ entries and 710 votes in Messy Moments campaign
• The competition increased engagement and page likes
• ShopHouse Brand was promoted to followers’ networks
• Provided user generated endorsement for the eboutique
